This company manufactures special wood doors –acoustic, fire, smoke, anti-theft and radiation protection…– that can combine their main function with any of the others.
The acoustic doors provide RW values –laboratory tested considering the complete door assembly (frame, leaf, seals, etc.)– of 32, 37, 42 and 48 dB.
The frames have seals incorporated in their entire perimeter. In the case of maximum insulation doors (48 dB), the frame and leaf have a double rabbet and a triple seal to guarantee sound proofing. They also have a double weather-strip on the bottom of the door.
The doorframes are steel or wood. The door edges are solid wood, veneer, polyurethane or synthetic. The leaf can incorporate glazed elements adapted to the acoustic necessities of each individual case.
The finish can be: wood veneer, high pressure laminates, enamels …
Dimensions: heights between 1.875-2.250 mm and widths of 625-1.250 for single leaves and 1.500-2.250 for double leaves. Thicknesses: 47, 66, 68, 71 and 110 mm.
