Floors/ Wood/ Laminated wood
Heveatech exterior decking by Forest Panel is an ecologically friendly wood product made from sustainable plantation of Hevea Brasilenis. When these trees cease to produce latex (25-30 years) they are cut and peeled.
The wood veneers are treated and processed according to the LVL and LVB concepts (Laminated Veneer Lumber and Laminated Veneer Board). Heveatech's layer by layer treatment guarantees a completely uniform structure in terms of density and humidity and makes the wood termite- and weather-resistant.
This 100% wood exterior decking is extremely durable, Class 1, has dimensional stability with up to 50% less expansion and contraction than hardwood and a density of 820Kg/m3, similar to Merbau or Bangkirai.
The decking comes in lengths up to 5 meters, with custom widths available to reduce waste.
Heveatech is installed on sleepers, directly onto a horizontal surface or elevated on pedestals, with three fastening systems: adhered, screwed or with concealed clips.
Heveatech wood decking is GreenLabel certified by the Singapore Environment Council as a sustainable product.
