Lay-in ceilings suitable for use in clean-rooms with strict cleaning and infection control requirements, certified as ISO 5 CP5 M1.
The Knauf Danotile panel is highly resistant to dampness, testing 90% RH at 30ºC thanks to the high-density, fibre glass-reinforced gypsum composition of the exterior face. The exterior panel surface is clad with a white, PVC-free foil that provides a regular and clean appearance and tolerates tough cleaning and disinfection agents with pH levels from 2 to 13. The backside of the panel is protected by a red polyethylene film.
The ceiling system has the capacity to support pressures up to 30 Pa.
Standard dimensions are 600 x 600 x 6.5 mm, with other sizes available by special order.
