Inadoor are acoustic doors for locations where a lower frame cannot be installed, such as emergency exits and entries to public spaces. Thanks to the helical form of the hinge, it is possible to create a perimeter seal around the door edge without a frame at the floor, but maintaining its acoustical properties. The doors and frames are fabricated from steel with a two-coat, anti-rust primer and are filled with insulating materials that, depending on the model, have values of RA> 40 dBA.
-Inadoor 50: solid doors, 50 mm thick with noise DnT,A=44 dBA.
-Inadoor CT: similar to the previous model but with acoustic grilles, for transformers.
-Inadoor 100: solid, 100 mm thick, DnT,A =48 dBA.
-Inacris 666: glass, with 6+6+6, glazing, DnT,A =40 dBA.
When greater acoustic insulation is required, the doors can be fabricated in tandem (two doors with an intermediate vestibule); reaching insulation values greater than 55 dBA. Inasel also offers other models with a lower frame. All acoustic doors are custom fabricated, with dimensions, hardware and paint according to client specifications.
The helical hinge designed by Inasel permits the elimination of the lower frame of the soundproof doors, for use in evacuation hallways or entries to public spaces.
When the door is opened, the geometry of the hinge raises the door up to 13 mm, permitting it to swing freely.
When the door is closed, it lowers to its final position and compresses a neoprene strip embedded in the floor, sealing the door at its entire perimeter.
The doors can be fabricated with acoustic vision panels of different sizes.
