Tentickle tents use a structural system inspired in the Bedouin tents of North Africa. They differ from conventional tents mainly in their versatility, as they can be installed over irregular terrain, and a single piece of fabric can be mounted in a variety of different ways (open, closed, awning, etc.) through variations in the number and position of posts and anchors. Tents can thus be adapted to climate conditions and program requirements. Tentickle offers different fabrics for temporary or semi-permanent installations, and different shapes to cover areas from 54 to 2000 m². The membrane approved for use in Spain, T1110, is made of polyester, and has a thickness of 7 mm and a weight >640 g/m². It is flexible, waterproof, breathable, stable under UV radiation and resistant to winds up to 80 km/h. It is also antifungal and has a B2 Euriclass fire rating. Up to six standard colors are available, depending on the fabric, and custom colors can be made on orders for areas of more than 800m².
In Tentickle tents, tent poles are in direct contact with the fabric.
Bedouin-type tents offer a great versatility of layout. By changing the supports and anchors, different shapes and degrees of opening can be obtained. Tentickle offers sizes to cover areas from 54 to 2000 m².
Unlike conventional tents, Bedouin-type tents can adapt to irregular terrain and other site conditions. In addition, one can choose from a wide variety of standard and custom colors.
