The Luxmate technology provides an optimal solution for decentralized lighting management using a bus system. The lighting adjustment can be activated manually or automatically. Optimal scenes are established for each space depending on the time of day, temperature, current weather and predicted weather, the presence of people, the profile of the space use, air conditioning and the level of exterior and interior light. Each scene can adjust the intensity of the different lamps, the position of the sun protection, the room temperature, the light color, etc., and can connect to an automatic timer or presence sensor. With the automation of the sun protection the position of the blinds and the angle of the louvers can be defined, so that they continuously adapt to the sun's position. If the neighboring building casts a shadow on the facade, the control system also incorporates this information. The system can also react to increased force of wind or rain.
